By accessing or using Collanduni ("the Platform"), operated by Helpdesk Central (Pty) Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

Collanduni is an online platform operated by Helpdesk Central (Pty) Ltd. that assists South African students with applications to universities, TVET colleges, and other educational institutions. Our services include:

• Application submission to educational institutions
• APS (Admission Point Score) calculation
• Course eligibility checking
• Document management
• Payment processing for application fees
• Access to bursary and funding information

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use this Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Application Services

4.1 Application Submission

By submitting an application through Collanduni, you authorize us to submit your application and supporting documents to the selected educational institution(s) on your behalf.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided in your application is accurate and complete. Collanduni is not responsible for applications rejected due to incorrect information.

4.3 No Guarantee of Admission

Collanduni does not guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are made solely by the institutions based on their own criteria.

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Application Fees

Application fees are required for processing your application. Fees vary by institution and are displayed before payment.

5.2 No Refund Policy

All application fees are non-refundable once payment is made. Please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements before applying.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your payment card details.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with the Platform's operation

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Collanduni, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of Helpdesk Central (Pty) Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Collanduni is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Application rejections by institutions
• Delays in application processing
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
